Fragrance
Does fragrance-free mean no smell at all?
Here, it means no added perfume or fragrance ingredients. Raw materials may still have an odor of their own.
Does it mean hypoallergenic?
No. Fragrance-free alone does not establish that a product is hypoallergenic or non-irritating. Those descriptions need separate support.
Can we ask for plant-derived ingredients?
Yes. Tell us which ingredients you prefer, or which you want to leave out, so we can discuss them with the formula.
Products and packaging
Do you only make dishwashing liquid?
No. EPHYON is a wider household-cleaning business. This site focuses on fragrance-free dishcare, alongside laundry and unscented odor-care projects.
Is the pictured bottle a finished product?
It is an EPHYON packaging concept. The actual formula, size, bottle, closure and label are agreed for your product.
Can we choose a refill or a larger pack?
Yes, you can ask about either. Tell us the capacity, material and way of dispensing you have in mind.
What are the minimum order and lead time?
They depend on the formula, packaging and production arrangements. Send your estimated quantity and target date so we can discuss the terms.

How do we request samples?
Send the product category, market and fragrance requirements. We will discuss the sample and shipping arrangements with you.
What happens after we send the form?
Your inquiry is saved and a notification is sent to our team. Keep the reference shown in your confirmation.
Can we ask for certificates or product documents?
Yes. Tell us the documents and country involved, so we can identify the material relevant to your product.
