In 1999, Chief Engineer Liu Haiying began researching fragrance-free dishwashing liquid at Yipinjing. What began as a formulation choice became a lasting commitment: make a cleaner for everyday dishes without adding fragrance.
Yipinjing has stayed with that work through years of development and refinement. Throughout those years, Yipinjing’s dishwashing liquids have never contained added fragrance.
Leaving fragrance out takes work
A fragrance-free formula is about more than removing a scented ingredient. Cleaning raw materials can have odors of their own. Without perfume to cover them, those characteristics need attention from the start: which materials to choose, how they work together and how the finished liquid behaves in use.
The formula still has to do its everyday job. Grease removal, foam, rinsing, dispensing and stability all matter. Improving one part means looking again at the whole product. This is why fragrance-free dishwashing calls for patient formulation work rather than a single adjustment.
